El Pollo Loco - San Juan Capistrano

They are five-dollar combos are the best for the price and they are the healthiest I think of from most fast food chains.

My husband and I just went and ordered 2 salads, 1 big sprite and a taco. In total we found 4 hairs in BOTH salads. The sprite was a sparkling water and the taco was so cold. Please stop brushing your hair over food, please heat the meat and maybe add some syrup to your soda machines once and for a while.

I’ve never been a fan of El Pollo Loco, and that hasn’t changed! The chicken had hardly any meat and was mostly skin. The sauces lacked flavor, which was disappointing. The only things I enjoyed were the corn and flour tortillas.

Five stars to honest people! Last week I went to the location in San Juan Capistrano, CA 92629 to get my usual Double Chicken Avocado Salad. I was in a rush to clock in back into the office, which made me forgot my credit car. I called the next day, after some security questions, they told me somebody found it out. I picked up from Maria, one of the person in charge, who was nice and polite. Thanks!

Great place for a mostly healthy quick bite. My one big complaint is I always say no salsa and they ask like 3 times per visit and then sometimes I still get salsa in bag that I have to pull out and give back. I go here often enough that guy at window should know me and my order and that I dont want salsa.
