A minute later, an order was completed, and as I waited, I decided to check the names on the orders that had been called. To my dismay, mine was among them. I couldn’t believe I almost missed it! However, when I got home, I discovered that my order was completely wrong. I called the restaurant to find out what my options were, but they informed me that they couldn't help and advised me to contact the delivery service instead. If you're considering placing a pick-up order at this restaurant, I would advise against it—unless you want to deal with poor service and the hassle of waiting on the phone for a refund.
I sampled the new summer BBQ chicken salad, and it was packed with meat and a generous portion size. I also appreciate receiving a complimentary loaf of bread every month!
I really appreciate that they have delicious impulse items at the front. The food is great, and I highly recommend trying the French dip hot sandwich!

I've been going to Boudin for years, but I've never experienced such poor treatment before. The manager, Amanda (I believe that was her name), treated my grandmother and me very badly. She acted as if she were under the influence. This is unacceptable. Is Boudin okay with this kind of behavior? They've lost a loyal customer.
