This is an excellent place for families with kids. The prices are reasonable, especially since you can leave and come back, and there's no time limit. One of the best features is that you can buy water, Gatorade, and juice on site, which is important because kids running around and playing can easily get dehydrated.

**Pros:** Ample parking available, clean restrooms, and convenient access to food options in the food court. **Cons:** Extremely crowded, making it difficult to navigate without bumping into others, which poses a fire safety concern. The large bounce house in the center of the store feels like wasted space. The air ventilation is poor, and the check-in process is lengthy due to the waiver signing. For those curious, masks are not required, and indoor dining is permitted. On sunny days, I'd recommend heading to an outdoor playground. On rainy days, I’d prefer to stay home.

My daughter had an amazing time in the balloon pit, which is a fountain of pure joy. This place is ideal for my 2-year-old, especially on a windy day when we can't go to the playground. We'll definitely return!

We went there today at 11:05 am but it was closed and no one pick up the phone. Wasting my time.

Drove my 3 year old here on a Saturday. Website says they are open, but when we arrived the whole place was dark with no employees inside. The hours posted on the door said they were supposed to be open. Perhaps they have now gone out of business? Really wish they would post online before we had to make the drive drive across town for nothing...
