Jack In The Box - San Dimas

Quick and efficient service! I just got two giant tacos for only three dollars, and they were delicious—if you enjoy Jack in the Box tacos, these are even bigger. I definitely do from time to time!

It appears that every time I visit this place, which isn't very often, they never have what I order. A month ago, I wanted to try the churros, but they were out of stock. Today, I ordered the spicy chicken strips, and again, they were unavailable. Maybe it's just my bad luck—who knows? The food was good, and the staff was friendly. I do love that they offer Dr. Pepper Cherry!

I got the spicy tenders combo about 2 days ago, and the food was fine, but the size of the tenders were the size of chicken nuggets. So tonight I wanted to get 6 spicy tenders because the first three were to small. The lady at the window charged me for2 combos but only gave me one fry. They also didn?t get me my drink. So for $19 dollars I got 6 chicken nugget sized tenders andone medium fry.

I order spicy chicken sandwich from drive thru and when i took my first bite at home it was awful, something obviously wrong with the chicken. I called them and explain about the sandwich, and they told me to come back or stop by anytime for areplacement, they took my number and name.. after two weeks, I go back for my sandwich and they didnt have my name on the listand they looked at me as I was trying to get a free meal. I walked away, embarrassed and told them to forget about it. Lessonlearned, you need to keep your receipts, plus the person who I talked to on the phone didnt do her job correctly..

I visited the drive-thru to grab some fries for my son, and both the fries and the staff were fantastic. However, I wish I felt safer at this location. There's an increasing issue with homelessness that has become quite alarming. While in the drive-thru at night, I was approached by a man asking for money, which was quite startling. I can imagine that no driver wants to unintentionally hit someone they can't see. It really feels unsafe.
