Bidrage med feedbackI've never written a review for a fast food restaurant before, but my experience at CJs was the worst I've ever had. The service was exceptionally poor, and the food was inedible. It was truly disappointing.
The food here is quite good, and the interior is impeccably clean. However, I feel compelled to write this review because I discovered that this Carl's Jr. imposes a sneaky fee of $1 for credit card transactions without any warning or mention on the card reader. While it's understandable for businesses to attempt to offset fees paid to Visa and MasterCard, it would be acceptable if there were any prior notice or even a brief explanation from the staff when a credit card is used. The most frustrating part is that the receipt doesn’t indicate this fee at all, but when I checked my credit card statement online, there it was—an unmistakable $1 charge! It's incredibly frustrating, and I'm fed up with restaurants resorting to these tactics. Restaurant owners, please stop doing this! Especially larger chains, as it tarnishes your reputation and comes across as cheap and inconsiderate.
I'm giving this restaurant one star because I went in with a very straightforward order: a big hamburger with no onions and no mustard, just secret sauce, pickles, patty, and bun. After I received my burger and found a shady spot to enjoy it, I took a big bite only to discover it was loaded with onions and ketchup. It was truly disappointing.
Omg this location is by far one of the best location in San Dimas and Glendora. Do the survey and you can buy one and get one free. The monster biscuit are to die for no joke. For $5 you get two sausage egg cheese muffins from McDonald's, when you canget a huge monster biscuit bacon sausage eggs with two different cheese for the same price. Cmon commen sense and it's wellworth your money. The customer service from manager name Bertha makes you feel like your important as a customer. Make surecheck your oder before you leave and she will correct it.
I had a terrible experience today, and I will never give Carl 's Jr. my money ever again. My brothers and I walked to Carl 's Jr, hoping to get some food and leave without being harassed about masks. My brother and I don 't wear them for so many reasons, oneof them is because it 's a massive health risk for us, and doing so has causes dizziness, nausea, shortness or breath, headaches,etc. We walked in, and immediately a worker told us to wear masks. My older brother left, while I stayed with my other bro. Itold them I cannot wear masks, one reason is it 's a massive health risk to me, and so many others. She ignored me from the looksof it, and repeated her last statement. I then showed them a screenshot saying WEARING A MASK POSES A HEALTH RISK TO ME! Under the ADA and HIPPA, I am not required to give you and personal medical information. She ignored it, and repeated her laststatement. (Now that is bad for any situation, you don 't make a point by not listening to others, at best you hear them out andcompromise, but sadly none of that communication was used) After, my older brother came back in, and as we both walked out, Itold them that discrimination is wrong, and what they 're doing is illegal. We went to Del Taco next door, and they were happyto serve us. So Carl 's Jr. not only lost business, but I will remember that and won 't give them any more business.
