Donut Touch Bakery Cafe

This restaurant is usually a favorite of mine. The regular morning staff member with dark hair in a ponytail is always fantastic. However, my recent experience with another staff member, who was younger and wearing a Champion sweatshirt, was disappointing. When I simply asked him about the dill on the lox bagel, he responded rather rudely. I pointed to the picture and description above the display, and he curtly replied that they didn’t have it and needed to update it. It felt like I had overstepped by asking him. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience. The egg in my croissant seemed to have been microwaved too long and turned out a bit chewy, while my husband’s bagel was burnt. I think we’ve decided not to return.

The egg and cheese croissant is delightful.
