The Cheesecake Factory

We came on Thursday night for a happy hour. We came and went to the bar area where it first came to serve and sat at the bar. The bartender immediately recognized us and brought us both a regular and a happy hour menu. We ordered two cocktails and some appetizers from the Happy Hour menu. The bartender gave us an order of their delicious bread. The bartender prepared our counter area with a white napkin, cutlery and small plates. The bartender immediately made our drinks and they were delicious and big! The manager brought us the fresh bread and asked us if we needed something else and whether we would not hesitate to ask for it. The appetizers were delivered later and they were very large portions. Another employee asked to refill our water without asking. All employees were super friendly and attentive. They showed excellent teamwork and the great management really showed. We recommend this Cheesecake Factory to anyone visiting San Diego. Thank you for a flawless experience!

Had an amazing waitress. She was very helpful and attentive. This place was clean& food was delicious. Our family enjoyed themselves here.

Great happy hour menu! The drinks were great, bread was fresh, and the dumplings were fantastic. Not pictured was the always delicious cheesecake. The server in the bar area was overwhelmed with all the tables, but I was in no rush. She was working hard, friendly, and pleasant.

The majority of our food was delicious, but the white bread was too hard to eat comfortably, and had too much flour on the bottom. Also, many appetizers were unavailable, but I did appreciate not being charged for veggies they forgot to remove from my order. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing, and the facilities were fresh and clean. Our waitress was friendly, but not as attentive as we would prefer. However, overhearing the neighboring waiter, Shawn, made our experience so much more enjoyable! His positive attitude, pleasant speaking voice, and professionalism was my favorite part of our dining experience. (And he didn't even wait on, or speak directly to us the entire time). If I ever make it back again, I hope he is still around so I can request to be seated in his section! If you see this Shawn, THANK YOU!! AND KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK!! Its really good except the spag and meet balls had what I thought some oregan and Italian Marinara did not have these spices, but our food in general it was well served
