Absolutely fantastic! I ordered the gooey butter cake cookies paired with the blackberry crumble ice cream, and it was an incredible combination. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

I want to give a special shout-out to the incredibly kind and customer-focused gentleman named Ethan, who took care of us. Thank you, Ethan! Your genuine kindness and generosity really stood out, making the atmosphere of the restaurant even more enjoyable. I absolutely loved the cake batter blue ice cream. I can be quite picky, but Ethan offered me a sample before I ordered the full scoop. I requested minimal brownie pieces in my ice cream, and he truly delivered—he was a star! Thank you, Ethan, and The Baked Bear! We will definitely be back!

The cookies were overbaked, and the ice cream tasted cheap and was just average. The kids enjoyed it because it was loaded with sugar, but there's no way the ice cream is homemade; it has the same flavor as any other fast food soft serve I've experienced. If you're looking for McDonald's ice cream paired with Subway cookies, then this is the spot for you. The staff was decent, but the place was crowded and very loud. If it weren't so pricey, we might consider returning, but you can get a box of grocery store cookies and a tub of ice cream for the cost of just one of their sandwiches.

When we were considering what dessert options we wanted for our wedding, my wife and I realized that neither of us were really into cake, so I suggested ice cream and she suggested cookies. Our wedding planner floated the idea of ice cream sandwiches and after a little sleuthing we came to baked bear. They were really easy to work with, especially when placing such a large order, and even went so far as to let us come in a little early to make sure we had everything prepared in good time. We got a ton of compliments from the guests about the quality of the ice cream sandwiches, and the one my wife and I split was amazing, and these things are huuuuge. If you're big on cookies or ice cream I would at least give this place a try.

Hands down the best ice cream shop I have ever stumbled upon. The option to choose how you want your ice cream is amazing.
