Mcdonald's - San Diego

The outdoor seating furniture is not sturdy, and finding a consistently shaded spot can be challenging.

Upon receiving my food at McDonald's, a car was stopped in front of me. The employee informed me that I could drive around the car to leave, as they were waiting for someone. Unfortunately, I had to wait due to the blockade caused by this. Despite the location undergoing renovations and additions, there were still two parking spaces at the end of the drive-thru line clear for cars to wait for their orders. This led to confusion and a negative experience for me. The stopped car should have been directed to one of the available parking spaces, and employees should guide customers to these spots when necessary. The situation was poorly handled and I hope to not encounter a similar problem in the future.

I visited this restaurant today and used one of their drive-thru lanes. I noticed that three other cars received service in the other lane while my speaker remained silent. Despite attempting to get someone's attention multiple times, I was never served. I eventually decided to leave. Overall, the service at this McDonald's was subpar compared to other McDonald's locations nearby.

Wait 30 minutes for 13 chefs. I asked about hot tee, they gave me an ice cream. the personal is not friendly. tablet to order do not work and it is all on a day.

Came here with my friend on our way home one day since it's right by our house I figured it was the fastest option for lunch and luckily I was right. I enjoy how fast this location is and how nice they are to the customers bc it really completes the whole fast food experience for me as a customer. I also love that they usually have all the current deals 2 for $3.50, 2 for $6, etc. because I feel like I'm getting the most bang for my buck.
