Zito's Delicatessen Sandwich

I have been dining at this restaurant for years and have never been disappointed. The employees make the visit fun, especially the sandwich makers who announce orders over the p.a. system. It may not be the fanciest place, but it is definitely the best. We come for the quality food, not the white tablecloths. I always look forward to coming back each time. The dining room is always crowded, which can make maneuvering difficult for wheelchair users. I usually switch to a cane when I visit, but the staff are always willing to walk my order to my table when it is ready. Once I place my order, I am able to enjoy my meal without needing to move around. Enjoy your dining experience! George W.

I’ve been going to Zito’s since high school when they were located off of Nacogdoches. The Half Serious has always been my most favorite sandwich. But sadly, it seems shrinkflation has finally hit them as it has everyone else. The Half Serious and small drink is now $13? And the one I got yesterday was comically thin. Barely any ingredients. It’s a shame such an iconic place has gone downhill. I will not be recommending Zito’s to people anymore.

Some of the best customer service in the city. Never had a bad experience here. They’re polite, funny, efficient and speedy. The serious sandwich is 10/10.

Wish the food was as awesome as the young lady running the cash register. A very rare personality. Such an asset to your organization hope you are compensating her properly. No I don't remember her name ?. Shared a Reuben and a Manhattan. They were pretty good my wife and I will return someday.

The italian sandwich is really good so is the meatball.
