Uncle Cheffy - Sampaloc

Poor taste. Hindi na xa masarap unlike before. Yun chicken, napakaliit. It’s seems like a bird! Not chicken. Laing ok lng. Nothing special. Better to eat sa bulaluhan along national road. Plus one staff got me so upset. I am not done eating yet, kinuha agad ang plate ko. Sana nag ask muna xa if tapos nko bfore getting my plate. Service is not good. Suggestion lng, train ur staffs na intayin muna umalis ang customers bago kunin ang plate or bago magligpit. Nakakabastos. Para kang minamadali. As if napakadaming waiting customers, wala naman pra madaliin ka. To be specific, “Cams or Camila” is her name. The one who get my plate not even asking me if I’m done or what. Definitely not coming back. Dina nga masarap ang food bad service pa.

I was very underwhelmed. Ive been to other branches before and this really disappointed. Their food was very pricey and the quality was not up to par. Hindi na masarap. Hindi na tulad nung uncle cheffy that i knew.That is not what I expected with an almost bill. The overall feel of the place was NOT uncle cheffy. Cheap feel and quality for very pricey food.

Quite disappointing that the salad we ordered specifically because it has arugula came without any of it. The staff who took our order never mentioned that they run out of arugula otherwise, i could have just cancelled the order. Secondly, staff was unattentive. We ordered bottomless lemonade. when we asked for refill, we were given water. Then we had to inform the staff that what we requested was a refill. After we ate, we spoke to their manager to give the feedback. Nothing was done for service recovery. Poor customer service overall. Sad that Its not the same standard of dining at uncle cheffy. Will never come back.

I lost my wallet as I write this review.. when I came back to the restaurant. The waiters still kept my lost wallet. They saved my journey back to Makati!! Very wam service!!

Went to Skyranch at night with the family and decided to have our dinner at Uncle Cheffy. Bulalo tastes good, servings is good for sharing though for the group 2 items where not available but we have been offered an alternative which we also enjoyed. We had to order additional rice to finish off the ulams. Sulit sa bulsa, sakto s panlasa, busog sarap na din. I might visit other branches to compare the service and food quality Will definitely visit again other branch with the family.
