Normal Ice Cream - Salt Lake City

We became fans of this spot the very first time we tried it on a whim while searching for ice cream that wasn't from a big chain. Today, we waited nearly 45 minutes, but the staff handled the busy holiday rush flawlessly, maintaining excellent customer service throughout. The ice cream was fantastic, and it's hard to be let down by anything here. This is definitely one of the best places we've ever visited. Cheers!

Respectfully, don't be serving anyone salty vanilla ice cream with dark chocolate ... that's a crime To bad it's their specialty

Saturday afternoon and only 1 employee. Waited 20 mins to get ice cream. And the one attendant left to fill a curbside order with 20 people waiting. Labor shortages hitting hard here.

This is the best soft serve I’ve ever tasted! The crafted cones are consistently delicious! Each month brings exciting new soft serve flavors to explore. I love trying the unique options like graham cracker, sourdough, and red licorice.
