I am incredibly disappointed with the service at this restaurant. Some of the female staff members (not all) should be ashamed of themselves. This is the third time they have been racist towards my husband when he comes in to place an order. He does not feel welcome at this establishment. Just because he does not speak Spanish does not give them the right to ignore him. This is unacceptable customer service. We will not be returning. Guadalajara has better food and treats their customers with respect.

After trying three times, my wife finally requested a refund at this restaurant. She ordered a veggie burrito but it came with wet sauce and no meat. It would have been helpful if the staff had mentioned that the wet sauce contained meat. I had ordered a shredded meat burrito with no cream and extra cheese. However, when our orders arrived, her burrito was more like a rice burrito with no shredded beef, beans, or cheese. The Pacifico beer was good, but it's worth noting that the wet sauce contains meat, so it's not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
