Waited 1 hour before they told me my order wasn't received. You spend crazy money here and expect the service to be at least decent. Thankfully i dont come here often. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worse Chuck E. Cheese that I ahev been too. There is no one by the entrance to stamp or check stamp. Don’t feel safe with my kids running around. Usually I am here you my two kids and I follow the younger one and the older one run around playign as she wants. They don’t have enough adequate staff to provide adequate services. The line to order took 20 mins bc no one was around providing. Services Food: 3

We love that place, we recently moved to the area and we come twice a week, one observation at this branch Chuck E Chesse does not go out dancing every hour like he is supposed to at each branch, the branch where we went before, every hour without fail they danced to chuck E bop or other songs with the children, I could go out up to two or 3 times in an hour depending on whether there was a birthday party or not, and we have been here for up to 3 hours and at no time does chuck E come out chesse to greet and dance with the children, if he goes out alone he takes a tour of the place and comes back in, when he should go straight to the dance floor and interact with the guests
