Baja's And Sushi - Salinas

The drinks are really good. Mango michelada was better than expected. I'll go back again to try the rest of the menu.

My first time here. The food was pretty creative and good my friend and I ordered baja tacos, poke tacos, a Korean bbq taco, and a jalapeno roll. We agreed everything was tasty, albeit the tuna in the poke tacos had a slight fishy taste. Here's the thing be prepared for a mashup of flavors. The menu was unexpected an aguachile sushi roll (rojo o verde), a Hot Cheetos roll, and the poke taco came in a hard taco shell. It was busy while we were there and we concluded it's a good place for drinks, and getting a bite to eat...in that order. That being said, they get 4 stars for the understaffing. Our server was handling the whole place herself. Not her fault, but when it gets busy, add the loud jukebox, it's hard to flag down a server for the check. Not to worry, though...we'll be back.

So I've Been Here Twice B4 And The First Time It Was Ok Second One Food Was Blah Thought I'd Give It A Third Try And Just Disappoint.. Phone Number Listed Was Disconnected And Hours Were Off Open Said At 11 And It Was Almost 1 And Still Closed

Though the food was excellent the kitchen didn't send our dishes in a timely manner. By the time I received my dish my guests had finished theirs.

Food is very tasty, service is good but boy is it loud. We were there on a Thursday and they were getting ready for a band to set up for live music. It's more of a party atmosphere with tall tables and a jukebox playing music loud enough that you couldn't really talk over. They have something happening daily.
