I'm so glad I discovered this place! We really need one in the Gunnison Valley! As someone who's dairy-free and avoids coffee entirely, I was thrilled to ask for a dairy-free hot chocolate. They make it with cacao nibs, which is fantastic! However, the first drink tasted a bit like coffee, so I think the barista might have accidentally mixed some in. She was really kind and remade it for me, and it turned out wonderfully. They also offer gluten-free and dairy-free baked goods, which I absolutely love! They might even be organic, though I don’t quite remember. Everything is so delicious, and the atmosphere is lovely with friendly locals. Since I travel a lot for work, I really enjoy supporting local businesses and finding places I can return to. This is definitely one of them!

We stopped by for breakfast and returned the very next morning. With so many fantastic options in Salida, this place is a must-visit. The coffee is excellent, the service is top-notch, and the food is delicious and made with fresh ingredients. It was definitely a highlight of our trip!

This place is fantastic! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the menu while efficiently managing the line. The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is charming, with plenty of outdoor seating as well as comfortable indoor options for those who prefer to eat inside. As vegans, we absolutely loved The Bunny, a burrito packed with black beans and fresh grilled vegetables, including sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts—it was perfect! They also offer some great salads in the cooler. It's a satisfying and flavorful meal, whether you’re coming in after a trail run or just stopping by. The coffee is excellent too. I can't recommend this place enough. I'm so grateful for Bunny Clyde's!

When we?re in town, this is our favorite morning coffee and breakfast spot. The staff are friendly and super helpful and we love the cozy, community-oriented vibe and great dog-friendly patio space. The coffee is always delicious and the vegan Bunny burritois incredible and so flavorful. The only sad thing is that the vegan biscuits and gravy got taken off the menu! Love that thereis usually a vegan pastry option too. Just a wonderful place all around!

Great vegan breakfast burrito and ice coffee. I also recommend their monster cookie if you're into sweets that are not too sweet. I really appreciated the very strong wifi as I worked remotely for around 2 hours and took a call inside.
