The twins roast goat is a very traditional regional restaurant. I have been a customer since I was in Petrolina, and this increases my satisfaction in being able to enjoy the services in Salgueiro. Great meals are offered here. Tasty and fair price. Both the goat barbecue and the side dish are great. As far as the environment is concerned, if it were air-conditioned and had a slightly higher roof (higher ceilings) it would be great. A meat é de otima qualidade, macia e não tem cheiro desagradável do bode, mas os acompanhamentos são pouco diversas. Não tem muitas opções de salada, macarrão, por exemplo.
