This experience is a prime example of how not to handle customers. I would suggest finding a new manager—one who has people skills and some IT knowledge! In response to the reply to my original post: Yes, I did receive the Monday discount (50% off), but it was applied to the already inflated price. If there are issues with online pricing, the staff should either honor the incorrect price as a one-time courtesy or fix the issue on the website. Being dismissive with customers is certainly not a good approach. Additionally, I noticed my pizza sitting on the counter for at least 10 minutes before it was finally handed to me, with my salads on top of it. I left the restaurant with warm salads and pizza, feeling frustrated by the poor service. This is not how you create repeat customers! While I was there, it was clear to everyone that I had been treated poorly, and the customer service level was simply unacceptable.

Consistently excellent food, whether it’s BBQ (don't overlook Stumpy's BBQ), pizza, pasta, sandwiches, or wings. This restaurant is a must-have in the area, and the Cecil's location stands out for its top-notch service and quality across the board. You get great value for your money here, with deals and specials that are hard to beat. The menu is a wonderful blend of Italian and American cuisine. They also offer hearty kids' meals for just $3.99, providing both variety and balanced nutrition. My family always leaves feeling satisfied.
