We were 9 for a birthday. On Sunday noon we reserve for the 87 years of my dad. Only positive and I'm going to tell you. We arrive at 12:10 pm as soon as we arrive we propose to get upstairs, and there already it starts super well: the stairs are extremely easy to climb and spacious my father who usually meets the climbs had no trouble! First good point! Once installed, we have taken a great pleasure to enjoy our apero: spritz and rum cocktail. Second good point! The suite with the entrance: buternut to the Saint-Jacques and slices of lards, I did not often eat such a velvety soup and also caresing for my taste buds in perfect osmosis with the Saint-Jacques and the lards grilled and crispy. My father took the entrance to the roquefort and figs obviously as you have to expect sublime: he finished the gourmet! Third good point! The resistance dish was exquisite for me it was wild shrimp with rice and mushrooms. With finely cut pears that get married so well with shrimp, because the leeks were crispy and cooked perfectly. My father took him from the pork to the prunes where, of course, I fried him on his plate so good! Fourth good point! ATTENTION MESDAMES ET MESSIEURS VOICI APOTHÉOSE : LE DESSERT !!! So here frankly I think the Pastry can sleep on his two ears: are work deserves to be dreamed!!! A thousand leaves with caramel and pear! I'm an unconditional Tatin pie and well there but friends we're a tentinet on top! The crispy leaves, the salty butter caramel, the cream and the melting of the pear make this dessert one of the best I have been able to taste so far! Good fifth! And of course I can't finish this post without a good sixth point: the special attention of the servers and their kindness, not to mention the decoration in our plates, we have taken a lot of pleasure to see our dishes arrived so much the decor was pleasant, the pleasure began even before eating! I will come back again for a wonderful moment of pleasure and greed! A GREAT BRAVO TO ALL EQUIPE!!!
