Miss Italia - Saint-Lambert

I went to this restaurant with my parents and we all ordered separate dishes along with some pizzas because my dad wanted to try the "best pizza in town." I'm happy to report that I was not disappointed. I left feeling satisfied and full. Despite a slightly longer wait, we hardly noticed it and were given complimentary bread rolls to enjoy while waiting. We didn't mind the wait, and the gesture was a nice touch. The ambiance was great and the service was excellent, with our server being very friendly. We definitely plan on returning to this place again.

This restaurant on the South Shore serves the best pizza. The crust is crispy on the outside and doughy on the inside. Their "all dressed" pizza even has bacon on it. Need I say more? The pizzas are absolutely delicious with amazing crust and cheese.

Without a doubt, Miss Italia has the best pizza on the South Shore! The crust, tomato sauce, and perfect crisp make every bite irresistible. When I order pizza at home, there's only one place I turn to - Miss Italia!

Ordered. After 2 hours called back. The woman who answered the phone insisted I gave my wrong address and phone number. After calling me a liar they offered to send me my meal. I tried to decline as I didn't feel I needed to pay full price while being insulted and treated like a theif. After I said I'd come in with video footage of My order and would prove she was the one who made the mistake... she offered me 50 percent off. I told her I wasn't interested in the food. The insults were enough. She then told me it's facing free and hung up. I recieved the order. I didn't eat it as I felt insulted and was no longer hungry. I felt maybe going in and speaking to the owner to let him know would make me feel better. The whole time I spoke he just offered me free food. Wasn't really understanding. Wasn't giving me time to explain what offended me. In one ear and out the other. I've been ordering from this place for 15 years. I eat in their dinner on a regular. I love the food. But after years and years of having a useless manager who's rude and insulting I will never eat there again. She is the diffinition of useless. I see the old man slaving in his kitchen to run a respectable business while having a woman who is rude and useless scaring off the public. I for one do not recommend this place if you wabt a good experience. If you up for being disrespected and talked to like a dog.... then miss italia is the place to be

Extremely rude lady. one with glasses at order and pick up counter. impatient i tried my best to speak in French she did not even try to work with me. dismissive. i still ordered because i love their pizza, but very disappointed at this family run restaurant
