Broad Street Cafe - Saint Joseph

I don't know why I haven't visited this restaurant in so many years! I ordered a breve latte and was delighted by the wide selection of sugar-free flavors they offered. The espresso shots were well-prepared, with no hint of bitterness or sourness in my latte. I also tried the paninis and soup, which were both delicious although a bit pricey. The restaurant easily accommodated our group of 8 and the staff were friendly, helping us to arrange tables when needed. I will definitely be coming back!

This restaurant is a fantastic hidden gem! I make it a point to visit as frequently as I can. The menu offers a variety of delicious and affordable options. The staff are friendly and attentive. The bagels and drinks are both delightful. I have absolutely no complaints. Check out my previous reviews for other businesses - I'm not one to shy away from giving credit where it's due.

The sandwiches are delicious. But the workers making the sandwiches are really slow. But the food out weighed the wait time.

I had the breakfast bagel with provolone cheese and it was really good. The bagel was very fresh and soft.

The restaurant failed to prepare the 4th sandwich that was ordered. I informed the staff, paid, and waited to be notified when the sandwiches would be ready. After waiting for 20 minutes, the last sandwich was still not done. We received a half-hearted apology from the staff. The service was very nonchalant, making our lunch experience unpleasant and drawn out. No compensation was offered. It seems that this type of service is the norm at this restaurant. The staff also seemed overwhelmed and gave off an "overworked" vibe. The house chips were average but slightly odd. The decor was unappealing, with graffiti on the walls. This visit took place on May 29th, 2022.
