This restaurant is fantastic! Their pizzas are consistently delicious. I've been ordering from this place for over 20 years and have never encountered any issues. I really don't get the negative reviews—just ignore them. It seems like those who write bad Yelp reviews are simply haters with nothing better to do. If you're one of them, maybe you should reconsider your priorities. It's quite off-putting!

So, I called the store to explain the situation politely. Victor, the manager, was quite rude. I mentioned that I hated to be a complaining customer, especially since this was the second issue I’d had at this location. In my previous order, I was charged for toppings that were never added. Instead of acknowledging my concerns, he said that their oven is timed and that it was strange that this happened only to my pizza. He suggested that I bring the entire pizza back for a refund, but his annoyance at my call was evident, which was really upsetting given that I was being respectful. Victor interrupted me multiple times during our conversation and never once offered an apology. Frustrated, I asked to speak to his manager, Peter, but he bluntly told me he wouldn’t give me Peter's number and that he would call me back whenever he had time. When I inquired about my options, he again sounded annoyed and told me to bring the pizza back for a refund. At this point, I was quite upset and decided to just let it go. He responded with a dismissive remark and hung up. I understand that we all have off days, but I was shocked by the disrespect I experienced despite my polite approach. With someone like Victor in a management position, I won't be ordering from this location again. I believe he needs management training. And Peter, if you ever read this, I would have been satisfied with a credit since I was on my lunch break and didn’t really want a refund. I never received that option, and now I feel like this was all just a loss, as I wouldn’t feel comfortable with Victor preparing my pizza again.

They do not even deserve one star I was shocked at how rude the girl was on the phone and then she handed her manager The phone from there it got worse these people do not know how to treat people at all the weirdest roundtable I have ever went to you I'm hoping the owner or upper management will reach out to me so I can tell him my experience they need to retrain their manager Victor on how to treat the customers After reading the reviews you would think the owner of this round table would get a clue get a new staff there's tons of people in the world who wanna work.I did all the following actions that they asked me to do and the company never got back to me they don't care

When we got home after picking up the pizza we noticed it was the wrong order given to us. We called them immediately and the nasty woman on the phone insinuated that it was my fault and that if we wanted anything done about it we would need to return the wrong order and wait for our order to be re-done. I guess we need to bring back the wrong order because they plan on selling it again. BYE, i'm done with this location.
