Pizza Hut - Sacramento County

Used to be my fave chain pizza spot until they gave us the wrong order. Had trouble getting acknowledgment, was a fight to get refund as we didn’t have the luxury of time to wait an additional 30 minutes for replacement order (familial obligations). Staff was reasonably courteous, but failed to acknowledge at the door. In their defense, the restaurant was understaffed on a busy night (Halloween). Error on their part, not having proper management scheduled for that busy night. Folks need to prevent their ship from sinking!!!

Really BAD! My order for take out was lukewarm. (How does that happen? I waited for it) I live very close. Pizza looked old , the stuffed crust was flat, the bottom was so tough we needed knives to cut it. Ordered cheese bread. Very dry , cheese was parmesan. We each ate 2 slices and into the trash it goes. I felt ill after. I will give store some credit though. I called and told the counter girl, she offered to remake it. No, never again. PS : Pizza Hut used to be the best, what is happening ?

This dog mama thanks you! One of our dogs is recovering from surgery and I had forgotten to feed myself all day. Your A+ care for my food is what got me through the night even though I was probably your last dreaded order of the night. Thank you for serving me as any other customer even though I know all you probably wanted to do was close for the night???

The person on the phone was nice and the person who delivered it was nice. The pizza not so great. For the cost of the pizza,taxes and tip around $37 for a large pizza one topping and add another for almost 3 bucks and it to look the way it did I'll have to take them off the rotation

I pulled up maps and ended up going to 3 pizza huts. The first one was inside a Starbucks at target and was told they only sold personal pizza when they felt like making them so I went to the one across the street and at 6:07 when I pulled in the doors were locked. I was told they had to lock up early because of staffing so I went to the next and I’ll give them a 7 out of 10A total of 39 miles for wings and a personal pizza
