Great atmosphere and decor, which is the most attractive point here. Tonkotsu noodles is the best they offer. The broth is creamy, flavorful, and a hint of sweet after taste. Strongly recommend. Spicy tan tan noodles is a bit salty for me. The noodles is hard, and not as good as tonkotsu noodles. Gyoza, juicy and tasty, amazing. Karaage, crispy outside and juicy inside, seasoning is fine. Signature chicken paitai is kinda normal for this price. Kinda plain. In short agreat place for grabbing a quick meal.

Great option for ramen in Del Mar located towards the back of the SkyDeck. It?s definitely worth getting there early for the chicken paitan dx. The smell alone is intoxicating. The veg ramen is hearty and not an afterthought, great flavors. The chasu bowl was my favorite of the bowls. The takoyaki was also perfectly cooked and fresh.

I visited the restaurant a week ago, and I had a wonderful experience. Everything was delicious, and I really loved it. Great job to whoever created this place!

The chicken ramen was absolutely amazing. I really enjoyed my time at this restaurant! I would definitely return for more delicious ramen, especially on a chilly day. Our server was also incredibly kind!

The food was delicious, even though it was enjoyed by Japanese patrons. I ordered the spicy tan tan men, which had a hint of Vietnamese influence. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was quite nice. The portion size is comparable to that of traditional Japanese ramen.
