Bidrage med feedbackUnfortunately, my drink was leaking everywhere and was only half full. The staff member just walked away and didn't seem to care. Our floor ended up covered in iced coffee, and he claimed it was like that when he served it, but when I stepped outside the building, there was no coffee on the ground. He could have simply admitted that it was his mistake.
I ordered an Iced Cinnamon Dolce Latte, but instead, I received a hot coffee. I really don't like hot coffee.
My latte has been incorrectly made the last two times I've ordered it, even though the sticker on the cup is accurate.
Wow. Armani is by far the rudest staff member I've ever encountered! All I wanted was a coffee, and it shouldn't be my responsibility to sift through everyone else's food and drinks to get it. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Customer service is crucial for keeping customers coming back, and it seems the management here doesn't understand that.
They have no shame when they pass off iced americanos as cold brews and don?t tell they?re not giving you what you paid for. The difference in taste is obvious and it happens a lot at the drive through and with mobile orders.
