We ordered a set meal through the app, and the operator who confirmed the details said the wait time would be 1 to 1.5 hours. However, it ended up taking over 3 hours, and the order still hadn't arrived. I’ve never been so disappointed with this establishment before... It's frustrating trying to order dinner this way.

The rolls were good, but we ordered extra chopsticks, sauce, etc., and the girl didn’t include them, even though we paid for everything. They aren’t responding to my message on VK.
