Katy and her team have established a charming oasis at the bottom of the hill. The barn is a perfect spot to catch the cool breeze, especially while sitting in the café, sipping on a glass of wine, and enjoying a banh mi.

This is a fantastic place to explore and shop for European treasures. It's always a delight to stroll through and discover new items that change throughout the years. There’s always something interesting to see and enjoy. Customers can always find great purchases here. While it may not be a common highlight, they do have one of the most beautiful outhouses around, which can be quite valuable in a bustling market. They also offer food and drinks with both indoor and outdoor seating. All the vendors are friendly and engaged with visitors.

A delightful stop when in Round Top! The space is a massive farmhouse barn with an open and airy feel, filled to the brim with rich treasures. I love visiting Bader Ranch as one of my first stops during Texas Antiques Week. I'm not sure if they're open year-round or just during the spring and autumn antiques weeks. The room is beautifully curated with stunning and intriguing European antiques. They also offer some tasty snacks and a coffee drink trolley. This is definitely a must-visit during your antique hunting adventures!
