Bidrage med feedbackI really enjoy Firehouse Subs, but this location is disappointing! I've been coming here at least once a week for the past month, and it's always a frustrating experience. The staff struggles to understand English, and my order is consistently incorrect or the prices vary each time. I always order the same thing! Keep in mind, I'm driving 15 minutes to get here.
I had a very disappointing experience with the staff at this restaurant. When I went in to pick up my order, Lisa noticed that my chips and drink hadn’t been charged. Instead of addressing it calmly, she snatched the chips from my bag and told me I hadn't paid for the drinks or chips. I explained that I thought they were included with my order since I had already paid $19. Instead of helping me resolve the issue, she simply said that I hadn't asked for them. I would have appreciated a more customer-friendly approach. This restaurant really needs to improve its customer service.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant, primarily because of the rude staff. When I went to pick up my order, Lisa, one of the employees, rudely took the chips from my pocket and accused me of not paying for them. I explained that I believed they were part of my $19 order. Rather than addressing my concern, she dismissed me, saying it wasn’t her responsibility to deal with those items. This restaurant really needs to work on its customer service.
The sandwiches here are consistently excellent. My personal favorite is the engineer sandwich. They are currently offering indoor dining as well.
This was my first experience with Firehouse Subs, and I ordered a club sub. It was absolutely the best sandwich I've ever tasted! Thank you, Firehouse Subs, for making my first visit so wonderful.
