Reichsküchenmeister, Das Herz Von Rothenburg

I think everyone has that picture in there head of a cute little town, cozy and nice food and drink. Well this place was definitely that picture. I'm glad we ended up eating here, the food was beyond expectations. And the building is wonderful. The room did feel a bit small and the pink color was more liked by my partner than myself. It was our first time to eat at the Reichsküchenmeister. In this historically influenced inn we were served a typical Franconian meal. The food was good. Unfortunately we didn't get our leftover food. We got a strange piece of meat, without the dumpling that was also left over. An absolute no-go. The complaint management made us wait 4 weeks until we finally got an answer. We won't eat there anymore.

The hotel is really very central and despite everything very quiet. the food was very tasty, among other things, flaky cake with smoked salmon, very well occupied and the salmon lace class, not too salty. from the 3-course menu we have become more than satt, portions are rich. the sour roast was buttery and the sauce was exactly right. only critique were the baked rolls on Monday and the very bright led of the television. but these are really small
