Charleys Philly Steaks - Rosemont

As I was about to throw this out, I couldn't help but reflect on the terrible service I received. There seemed to be a complete lack of effort put into the food, which also didn't look appealing at all.

Whenever we visit the mall, it has become a little tradition for our family.

The staff do not wear gloves. I watched as one of them prepared my drink while handling cash without gloves.

Had a delicious chicken sandwich with very hot and fresh frits. The cooks made the meal and prepared the order with care. The only place I eat when shopping in the fashion outlets!

The lady at the cash register was very sweet and welcoming! Her colleagues (line cooks) were horribly rude and unprofessional. Beyond the remedial staff I was disappointed in the lack of ingredients that they had. No green peppers and no American cheese! In the middle of them making my sandwich they started moving a deep fryer around and looking for things on the floor. The short Mexican who looked like he was brought in off the street didn't change gloves and preceded to cook with unsanitized hands. The mouth breather lady who was supposed to be helping stood there and stared at the wall. Again, the cashier was very nice and I truly feel sorry she has a team of morons with her.
