Kahler's Crab House - Rosedale

We stumbled onto this gem after church; seated us without a reservation after warning that they were swamped; apologized at the end about not being so attentive. But put a dozen jumbo crabs, corn, shrimp, and drinks in front of me and I don't need much service after that. Everything was wonderful! The crabs were good and served hot, with only 2 out of our 24 being light. The shrimp was also tasty, and the staff was friendly. However, there were some downsides: the crabs were a bit underseasoned, and the deviled eggs were over-seasoned. The first batch of hush puppies came out doughy, and it took a complaint and 20 minutes for someone to come take our drink orders. Overall, despite some disorganization, the food was decent, but we’re not sure if we would return.

Love the crabs Love the ice cream and the staff is great. A little more seasoning tonight would have been good but there?s always the pour on old bay!! Been going for years and love it here
