Clean To The Bone - Romulus

I had always overlooked this restaurant because of its exterior, but I decided to give it a try one afternoon, and I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the rib tips were. The drive to the restaurant offers a lovely, scenic route through the isolated area of Romulus. The place itself is quite simple, but the couple running it is incredibly welcoming and friendly. If you visit, don’t be put off by the building—it may seem odd that they're serving barbecue from a storefront, but it truly works! I’ll definitely be back.

The mac and cheese here is the best I've ever tasted. The brisket dinner was a perfect 10 out of 10!

The mac and cheese had no cheese—how is that possible? It was just plain macaroni. However, the ribs were decent.

What can I say ..... Nothing good, really. Everything was microwaved. The ribs were just meh . Meaty? Yes. Tender and fall off the bone? No. No flavor in the sides. Our first instinct was to turn right back around out that door but we were hopeful. Thankfully we did not get sick because that place felt so grimy. I 'm sorry to leave such a negative review but the man must know he shouldn 't have customers with the place looking like that.
