Longhorn Steakhouse - Rome

We came here to celebrate my husband's birthday. While we had originally planned for 14 guests, the total ended up being 20 by the time we settled in for our drinks. The seating was fantastic, and our waiter was outstanding. The food was delicious, and the presentation was stunning. If you're looking for a place to host a group, this is the spot!

I'd love to give 5 stars, but today I encountered an issue that held me back. I've never had a Longhorn tell me that they couldn't serve salmon on my salad without the bourbon marinade. I was informed that all the salmon in the kitchen was already marinated. However, our server was pleasant and very accommodating. She even made my $5 Caesar side salad an addition to my mother's meal. She was a lovely lady. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a gift card for this restaurant, so I decided to get takeout, and the experience was quick and hassle-free. I ordered the wild weed prawns and spicy chicken bites, accompanied by a side of fries. Everything was delicious, and the portion sizes were quite generous for a takeout order. I'm looking forward to trying something new next time, but I might end up getting these same dishes again because they were so tasty!

There was a bar offering beer, wine, and liquor, primarily featuring domestic beers. They had a small selection of desserts, but I didn't try any this time. We saw our waitress three times, and our food was brought out by a different waitress, but all of them maintained a positive attitude. Parking was a bit limited, and I didn't check out the restrooms, so I can't comment on their condition.

There's a bar that offers a selection of beers, wines, and spirits, with a focus on local beers. They had a limited dessert menu, but I opted not to try any. Our waitress checked on us three times, and another waitress delivered our food, and all of them had a great attitude. Parking was a bit cramped, and I didn't use the restrooms, so I can't comment on those. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!
