Nice food, nice coffee, nice staff. And it is worth meeting Panda, her old English Sheepdog!
A very classic café near Beung Palanchai lake in Roi Et downtown. This place boast a retro feel with foods and beverages served. Wifi was not working during my visit, thus only 4 stars
