My worst restaurant experience in Life , the most incompetent unempathetic non-customer service ethics in all my Life . Place closed your restaurant , until management is properly train . Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Usually good service and food. This morning not good. Wrong food , biscuits was flat and squished up. Did not give me the right food and they were rude today. Clearly having issues today. I expect this at McDonald’s , which I don’t go anymore, but did not expect this at Bojangles. Thanks for starting my day wrong. Fast food is getting to be the same everywhere. The lady Taking the orders through the speaker was extremely rude. Heard her say oh my God twice after I asked for a plain biscuit.
