We haven't visited since the new ownership and hope that nothing changed.

Overall was good, expecting the same food as last owner and not even close. Mozzarella sticks were under cooked. Fries were almost done but not quite.

Used to be really good, 5. Menu changed and the food isn't as good. Restaurant was clean, staff was pleasant.

Ok so patty shack unfortunately is under new management which means menu changes. No more of your faves like the PSSpecial, and milkshakes. I will say I only ordered burgers, no sides and while I do appreciate the new “char-grill” style, I have to just give them an ok. BUT if you are comparing to old PS not even close. I’m sorry to say PS is not my fave anymore ?. Service was great and I really wanted to love it still but I cannot.

This Patty Shack is no longer the same as it was 3-4 months ago; it’s clearly under new management. The quality of the burgers has dropped significantly. What used to be a delicious, high-quality meat burger is now just average. The bun has been swapped out for a lower quality version that was oddly soggy. The delicious potato wedges are gone and have been replaced by mediocre crinkle-cut fries, and the same can be said for the onion rings. The prices remain about the same, which is disappointing considering the changes made to cut costs. It's truly sad to see such a decline.
