Huhot Mongolian Grill - Rochester

I was looking forward to dining at Applebee's, but our experience was disappointing. Our server was very rude, and we ended up finishing our appetizers before our drinks even arrived. He failed to bring us things that other servers had delivered to our table, and he didn't refill our drinks before inquiring about our experience. We had to ask another staff member for our bill because our server never checked in with us. When we expressed our concerns to him, he simply shrugged it off and said, “I’m sorry, have a good night,” before moving on to the table next to us to check on them.

I've only been to Applebee's a few times. The only reason we went. It was close.Service was great!

Had a great strawberry grilled chicken salad. The romaine lettuce was superb. It was deep green and thick. Balsamic dressing was very good.

Stopped in for dinner after the movie. The service was prompt. The server was very professional! Clean and comfortable atmosphere. They were short handed but the server was a champ. The food was very good. A little expensive but drinks were excellent. Will stop again. Very confusing to pay.

The staff is always friendly to me, even when I can be a bit demanding. Ariel, the bartender, is particularly great—she never lets my drink run dry and always checks in to see if I need anything. Ariel is fantastic!
