Burger King - Rochester

20 minutes waiting for 2 hepper jr meal times. and a few lazy cakes along with a threat. and of course. no answer from management or company. food: 2/5

Unfortunately, I have ordered sandwiches several times that do not appear in my pocket. today was the third time I got a sandwich from the one I ordered, and how much mayonnaise needs a sandwich? I don't need to swim in mayonnaise. I thought a few times would be a possibility in most fast food chains. the third time is not a charm. I will make it 3 stars to the times that this restaurant has set me down. I will say that there were some nice people who worked here at different times.

It was a very hot day and we had run out of our water. We saw a Burger King, and went thru the drive thru for a cold drink!!

The cashier was rude. Tone could have been better. They also gave me single burgers instead of double cheeseburgers which is annoying because I was charged for doubles. Fries were cold. Do better. It’s not hard. Reaaaaally wish the employees saw these reviews but I know they don’t care…

My food was fresh bacon was crispy service with a smile. I complemented the lady in the window on her lovely green twists that she had on her hair because green is my favorite color and she genuinely accepted my compliment and did not think I was being sarcastic there wasn't a long line to wait inside. I definitely enjoy going there.
