Yogurt Blendz Self Serve Frozen Yogurt, Smoothies And Ice Cream

The drinks are delicious, and the frozen yogurt bar is fantastic. Typically, when I visit, there’s only one teenager working at the counter, and I feel a bit guilty about that. However, they manage to take care of my order quickly and always with a friendly smile.

The shakes were quite good, but I wasn't very impressed with the staff at the counter. There were three young employees playing rap music fairly loudly, and the customer service was just okay. I called for my curbside order as instructed, but the phone rang without anyone answering. When I went inside, I found the three young employees just chatting while one of them sat behind the counter eating frozen yogurt. It didn't feel very professional. However, the ice cream and frozen yogurt were enjoyable. I'm not sure if I'll come back.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and there was a great variety of frozen yogurt and amazing toppings.

Shakes were pretty good. Not super impressed with staff behind the counter. 3 young kids with rap music playing fairly loud. Customer service was mediocre. Called because I was told to for my curbside order. Phone rang no one picked up went inside and the 3 kids were just sitting around talking while one sat behind the counter sucking on a spoon full of frozen yogurt. Seemed not very professional. Ice cream/ frozen yogurt was good though. I am not sure if I would return.

Tasty. But due to COVID I wasn't able to make my own frozen yogurt. Otherwise it was great.
