I called to place a pickup order and was put on hold for over 25 minutes. When I arrived, the restaurant wasn't busy and the phone was just sitting on the counter. Unfortunately, I still had to wait for my food. The customer service was terrible.
The young skater who seems to think he's entitled needs to be replaced, and thankfully the sarcastic young woman wasn't around today. The kitchen staff really put in a lot of effort, and the manager with glasses has great customer service skills. However, some of the other staff throw tantrums while cleaning up at closing time and respond rudely to customers when the manager isn't present. It's frustrating when there are six orders sitting on the expo shelf, and the cashier takes a new order from someone in line without checking what’s already there. It’s even worse when they snap at customers who are inquiring about their orders, which often consist of cold salad with hot katsu or beef on top that is just sitting there, exchanging temperatures. There are definitely some problematic staff members here.

I was disappointed with my recent order from DoorDash, as the portion was significantly smaller than when I dine in at the restaurant. There was no vegetable mix, and there was hardly any chicken on my plate. Overall, I left feeling very unsatisfied with my meal.
