Bidrage med feedbackYesterday at the Cardiff Bay food and drink festival, I tried the chicken and chorizo paella and it was absolutely delicious! It tasted just as good as if I were in Valencia.
The competition was strong in the food tent at the Hay on Wye Festival and there was a great deal of foot traffic from the thousands of visitors. One of my favorite street food stalls was operated by The Spanish Buffet, offering popular meat or seafood paella. It was slightly over-seasoned for my liking but delicious and satisfying.
As a Spanish woman, I can attest to this young chef's ability to cook authentic paella. I discovered her at the Victorius Festival and spent most of my time at her stand indulging in her delicious food. By the way, the chef is very friendly!
