I drove an hour only to discover that they don’t serve walk-in customers. Why have a physical location with advertised hours if I can’t just come in and purchase your products? It would be helpful to mention this in your voicemail if you’re not going to pick up the phone.

This place serves amazing coffee. If you’re a local and can pick it up, they frequently roast the beans on the same day you come in. The staff is also incredibly friendly!
