Visiting from out of state. Everything was very good.

What happened to satisfying your customers?? I literally took two bites of my sandwich, and I couldn't stomach it. It was nasty. But, do you think I got a refund or anything?? Nope!! My husband, daughter, and niece said their entrees were good. I guess that's a plus. The manager refused to even offer something else. As someone who has been in the customer service industry for 17 years, I understand that you cannot satisfy everyone. The public can be very trying at times. However, you have to try to make them happy. That didn't happen here. Our server was nice, and did her best when the restaurant got busy. It's tough when you're the only server and have 30 customers. Oh when you pay, use cash, or you'll get charged for using a debit/credit card. We won't be back.

Great pizza it's what you would expect from a home town pizza place. I wish they did something different that set them off from other pizza places in the area. But overall was pleased with my experience.
