Panificio Moltedo Di Moltedo Luisa C.

We tried two focaccia's one with tomato and one with capsicums. We found them both very oily and ended up throwing them in the bin after a few bites, which was a disappointment as we made a special trip to go the bakery to try their cheese focaccias.

Best focaccia, absolutely unique. I heard they care about choice of the wheat, the extra vergin olive oil, they do it in a very traditional way, and it's perfect. They do t with onions, Rosemary, cheese, cheese and tomato. But the plain one is the best. (At 11am the plan focaccia is finished usually and they don't do it anymore ... even in summer Holiday season). Never tried the berad though ...

Provato da asporto ottima focaccia di Recco, anche nella versione fritta. Ottima la focaccia bianca e quella al pesto. Prezzi onesti. Nell’attesa di provare tutti i forni che fanno focaccia al formaggio, consiglio la sosta in questo panificio. Vicino al mare.

Non do cinque stelle solo per l'organizzazione di servire le focacce ripiene di formaggio che senza un piatto gocciola ovunque. Niente da dire sul prodotto, molto buono. Personale molto cordiale. Facile da camminare. Prezzo conveniente.

Focaccia (normale e con cipolle) sicuramente appetitosa. Si noti, tuttavia, una differenza da quella acquistata a Genova. Molto bene, per provare.
