It was impressive to see how both waitresses recognized regular customers and engaged in friendly conversations with them. As for the food, it was fantastic and very reasonably priced. The brisket was tender and generously coated in sauce, the fries were perfectly crispy, the potato salad had an ideal blend of flavors, the beans were flavorful, and the breakfast platter seemed fit for a lumberjack (or a mountain man).
