The restaurant often has missing items, delays, or serves cold food. It's quite disappointing because the food itself is really good. Unfortunately, no matter how tasty the food is, poor service is hard to overlook!

The website continues to change it's meal deals to force customers to spend more money, orders are frequently refused, delivery is overpriced and a 15 euro order minimum for delivery is obscene, notes for chef are just ignored and food is often stale or cold upon arrival. But on the rare occasion when these events do not occur the food is good.

I have taken food from there three times in total. First time was a great burger. Second was a mediocre, I ordered with no veggie but still was made with veg.. no big deal except for the tomatoes which my organism does not process and I had to remove.. the burger was mediocre at best but still edible. Third(today 4th Dec 22) I order a double cheeseburger and loaded fries. I specifically write and said no veg, still got the veg. The guy cooking the burger was eating in front of the grill which is totally unacceptable, I work in hospitality for over 12 years. The fries I got were cold, therefore cheese was not melted. Honestly ruined my Sunday night off. Thank you so much!
