Mcdonald's - Rantoul

I stopped by to use the restroom and grab a cup of coffee. The cashier was friendly and patient while I counted my change. I ordered my coffee with two creams and one sugar, then asked for one more sugar. I think it cost around $2.19. They handed me the coffee and a stirrer, which made for a smooth transaction. However, the overall cleanliness of the place left much to be desired; there was a layer of grime on the floor, and the atmosphere felt a bit unfriendly. By the way, I added my own sugar to the coffee. Was it good?

We visited the restaurant for lunch on Tuesday afternoon and ended up waiting a total of 40 minutes in the drive-thru. They were quite busy, and I understand that working in the fast food industry can be challenging. However, what prompted me to write this review is that they messed up our order three times. In the end, we didn’t receive everything we had ordered, which was very disappointing. It seems like most of the staff are new and in training, as they really struggled with efficiency and teamwork. I hope they can improve in the future, because I used to consider this my go-to place, much like McDonald's.

Worst experience of mcd ever on this place kitchen was visible dirty..fries wrappers papers etc lying on the floor. food ordering area had spilled creamer.restroom was terrible dirty and one of them was out of service. coffee was like 2 days old.service was hard slow. 30 min for 2 take elements. feels like it's not an almost food place, but slowly eat one.

Food took way too long. Kiosk is the only way you can order but be sure to listen for the number you put in because they aren't going to bring it to you. They are going to wait for you to come all of the way back to get your food from the counter even though the kiosk you are forced to use tells you to grab a number tent and sit down, your food will be brought to you. Food was as cold as was to be expected for the amount of time it took to get to me at a fast food restaurant but at least I was uncomfortably relaxing in the dining area that the off the clock employees had converted into a lounge for their after shift decompression.

This is my favorite Mickey D's. They ? are good my fries are always fresh. No crunchy or dried out fries ever. Sure you have to wait your turn inside and the drive through, but it is always worth it.
