The chicken was juicy, and the meal arrived warm. The side of tzatziki is always fantastic—much better than store-bought. The combo kebab is hearty enough to provide a healthy meal for two people.

The food is incredibly flavorful, and the portion sizes are generous—I always end up sharing! I highly recommend this place!

For the price, I expected higher quality meat. The portion consisted mainly of beef, and the vegetables were just quartered onions. I wouldn’t recommend this dish.

The customer service was terrible. We waited 30 minutes just to be seated, and then it took another 30 minutes for them to bring us water. After that, we had to wait an additional 30 minutes for someone to take our orders, and we only got their attention after asking why we hadn’t been served yet. The waiter seemed unfamiliar with the menu and didn't offer any help. When our food finally arrived, it was disappointing; the falafel was among the driest I've ever had. To top it off, the place was not clean at all.

I found the food quite bland during my visit tonight, which was surprising since I've been there several times before and usually enjoy it. Unfortunately, the service was also lacking; our server forgot to bring out the salads first and continued to walk past our table. When we requested a sauce, it took over 15 minutes for him to bring it. At one point, I even asked him if I should go get it myself since he seemed unable to manage our order properly. Given that it's not a budget restaurant, the poor food and service have made me reconsider returning. I've also had similar experiences at their location in Huntington Beach, where the service was just as disappointing. Overall, the service really needs improvement.
