I asked for a Waffle bowl and it was extremely hard and stale. I had to end up throwing the whole thing away after one bite that tasted horrible.

“Mud Pie Mojo” Coffee Ice Cream with OREO Cookies, Peanut Butter, Roasted Almonds and Fudge.. It melts in your mouth with such an incredible flavor, totally recommend this yummy combination ?

I had 2 bad experiences at this location .They were unfriendly and also instead of placing all the ice cream I to our bowls that were scooped out he scraped the rest into the trash .When I asked him why he did that he said oh it would fall off anyway I 'm sorry I paid for that ice cream... overlaid I might add. No smiles, no greetings, and when I finally wrote in to corporate I actually got a call the same day from the store manage .She apologized and said she would make sure they got retrained She said we will send you a gift card via email within a week .This was about 3 weeks ago .I 've sent two more emails to corporate yet no calls .While I won 't be returning to that coldstone I would go to one closer to my house. A job is a job .Put a smile on and be friendly .We are spending and they are throwing the company 's money in the trash .
