Bidrage med feedbackI used to be a frequent customer at this Tim Hortons location, but I've decided to change that. Unfortunately, the customer service has significantly declined, and the overall cleanliness of the store, including unpleasant odors and poorly maintained washrooms, is quite disappointing. As a place to eat, cleanliness should be a priority. It's disheartening to witness such a change in the excellent customer service that Canada was known for. I recommend retraining the staff and implementing better cleaning practices to restore the positive experience that customers expect.
First time eating tims breakfast in a while. One person making food. System seems to be down again. Disorganized. 15 minutes for food.
Lynn quickly retified our breakfast order this morning, as the girl at the cashier, mixed our order up. Thank-you Lynn, job well done!
Everyone is super nice here! We had a great quick visit on Friday morning, the staff was personable and our drinks and food came quickly. They were nice to everyone and were not phased by a line and kept moving as a team quickly!
So I ordered an XL FV with espresso and they gave me an amount comparable to Large. My cup should be filled up with the drink if I'm paying $4.5 for a FV. Even after pouring an espresso shot it's still not reaching the top then the store is cheating.
